Eunos Custom Automotive is a full service maintenance, service, customization and repair shop located in Southern Okanagan, BC. Special Announcement:
In January 2018, Eunos Custom Automotive was forced out of it’s long time home in North Vancouver, due to the endless tide of high density condominium redevelopment. This is a problem many business’ in the lower mainland face, and the prospects of finding feasible space to relocate within the lower mainland, without having to move so far as to jeopardize current customer base, is daunting to say the least. It’s a catch 22. As most know, space is at a premium, and costs are out of control. After much thought, the decision to leave the lower mainland was (not easily) made.
We have chosen to relocate to Keremeos BC, in the beautiful and historic Similkameen valley, just south of Penticton, in the Okanagan. We feel this location will hopefully work out, as our reputation is widely known, people will travel. Travel time from Vancouver is “only” 4 hours. We also realize that efforts to make this at all convenient for those coming from the lower mainland must be made. As such, we have set up reasonable vehicle transport methods, should a vehicle not be able to be driven up. We have made arrangements for reasonable local accommodations. We will provide a courtesy car when feasible. So far, the response has been surprising, with many customers planning to make the trip, one way or the other. Making a getaway out of it, often including taking advantage of winery tours (we even have our very own suggested tour map, prepared by a highly respected local Penticton Winery!)
In short, we want to make it “easy” for people to continue to use our services, which are all to the same high standard as they have always been. It’s been a longer road than planned, but we’re almost there. Leaving North Vancouver was not an easy, nor simple decision, but it had to be done. We consider our customers family, and close knit members in many cases. Leaving meant breaking up that family. We’ve tried to keep it together as much as possible, by making the trek less “daunting”. We thank all of our customers, past, present, and future for their patience during this much longer than anticipated hiatus. We still provide the same services, and supply, install, and ship the same parts and accessories as always.
From the time we closed in January. We’ve made sure all customers know to continue to contact us first with needs, even if bringing the car to our new location is simply not feasible. We will still advise and help as much as we can. All contacts remain the same.
